Three Bridges Yoga will be open at regularly designated times for group meditation. These group meditation sessions will be free of charge. Jenni will guide students through breathing exercises (pranayama) and mantra to enhance their ability to achieve inner quiet and steady concentration.
It is highly recommended that participants attend one of the regular yoga classes to help build the stamina for a sitting practice, and while no prior experience is necessary to attend a meditation session, the techniques do build on one another, thus consistency will create the greatest benefit.
On occasion, a meditation class with specific instructions and theory will be offered. Please check the calendar or contact us personally.
